Radio access network problems are often caused somewhere else: a virtualized aggregation router in the transport network running short of resources. Finding that by hand means escalating across radio, transport and data center teams. In this demo, VIA AIOps correlates events across all three domains, identifies the congested router as the root cause, and removes the escalation, so the issue is resolved faster and before customers feel it.
